Get help with LUMA Radio & Podcasts on Android or with the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch release candidate. Core listening works without an account.
Playback and station availability
Radio streams and podcast feeds come from independent broadcasters and publishers. If one item fails, try another station or episode, check your connection, and send us the station or show name if the problem continues.
Account and sign-in
Sign-in is optional and is used for premium access, purchase restore, and syncing supported favorites and settings. Never email us your password.
Premium and billing
Purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and by the App Store on Apple platforms. Restore purchases from the app using the same store account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel the subscription in that store.
Podcast downloads and programme reminders
Downloaded podcast episodes remain on your device in the location shown or selected by the app. Radio-stream recording is not available. A Radio Guide reminder sends a notification about a programme and does not capture audio.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for details about optional accounts, subscriptions, local files, network services, song recognition, and data choices.
Delete your account
Use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or follow the instructions on the account deletion page.

Email luma@pidbiq.net. Include your platform, app version, the station or podcast name when relevant, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other secrets.
