Delete Your Account

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This page applies to LUMA Radio & Podcasts (Android package com.luma.stream and iOS bundle com.pavlosol.lumastream), published by LUMA Radio & Podcasts.

Accounts in LUMA Radio & Podcasts are optional — core browsing and playback never require one. If you created an account for premium features, you can delete it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open LUMA Radio & Podcasts.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email luma@pidbiq.net from the address you used to sign in, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request against the sign-in email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what remains

Deleted: your Firebase Authentication account (email, display name, user ID) and your account document in Cloud Firestore — the premium-entitlement flag plus the favorites and settings snapshots synced while you were signed in. This is all account data LUMA Radio & Podcasts stores about you. Deletion is immediate; no additional retention period applies.

Remains on your device (under your control): local copies of favorites, listening history, downloads, recordings, themes, and other preferences stay on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.

Store subscriptions remain: subscriptions are managed by the store that sold them, not by us. Cancel an Android subscription in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions) or an Apple subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your LUMA account does not cancel a store subscription.

Sign in with Apple: if you used Sign in with Apple, account deletion also revokes the app's Apple sign-in token. You can review connected apps in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
